All Sales are Final
Due to the unique and often custom nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during its journey through the wind and weather, I want to make it right!
- Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Once verified, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
Cancellations
I work quickly to get your orders out! If you need to cancel an order, please contact me within 2 hours of purchase. Once an item has been processed for shipping, the order cannot be canceled.
Lost Packages
While I am not responsible for carrier errors or stolen packages, I will do my best to help you locate your shipment or file a claim with the carrier.
